Südpack has restructured its activities in the U.S. market. As part of this process, the company has sold its production facility in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, to its long-standing industry partner PPC Flex. The transaction is part of a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening cooperation in the U.S. market, particularly in the meat and cheese segments.

PPC Flex employs approximately 1,600 people and is among the established converters in North America. The company has a broad technological footprint and direct access to the market. The Oak Creek site, located north of Chicago, fits well into PPC Flex’s existing site structure. For Südpack, it was important in the context of the sale that long-term prospects be secured for the employees at the Oak Creek location.
